According to folk experience, to repel snakes from entering the house or garden, people can plant some plants such as citronella, lemongrass, and garlic orchids around the house. In particular, red-tailed green snakes are extremely sensitive to odors, so planting these plants will be even more effective. In addition, you can mix coarse salt with crushed garlic in a 1:1 ratio and sprinkle around the entrance to the house, garden, etc.

Along with that, to prevent snake bites, it is necessary to check places with water sources such as sinks, kitchens, bathrooms, wastewater areas, etc. When gardening, especially in wet places, it is necessary to observe carefully to detect in time if there are snakes hiding.
