On the afternoon of November 23, the Committee for Culture and Society, Provincial People's Council held a meeting to review a number of draft resolutions to be submitted to the 4th Session, 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.Participating in the inspection were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; representatives of the Provincial People's Committee Office and a number of provincial departments and branches.. |
Reviewing the draft resolution regulating the expenditure level for organizing the Technical Innovation Contest,youth and children's creativity contest in the province, the meeting members agreed to propose toProvincial People's CouncilIssue a resolution to promote creativity among children and adolescents through competitions.
In addition, some opinions proposed increasing the spending level for experts invited to participate in analyzing, evaluating, and testing projects, solutions, and competition topics.

Examining the draft resolution regulating support policies for artisans, clubs in the field of intangible cultural heritage and artists working at the Nghe An Provincial Traditional Arts Center, meeting participants agreed on 3 groups of policies proposed in the draft resolution.
Including support policies for People's Artisans and Meritorious Artisans in the field of intangible cultural heritage; support policies for clubs preserving and promoting intangible cultural heritage; support policies for artists working at the Provincial Traditional Arts Center.

Some opinions also suggested that the agency drafting the draft resolution should supplement the basis and legal basis to ensure compliance with regulations on promulgation of documents, including Decree No. 144/2020/ND-CP of the Government on regulations on performing arts activities.
Some opinions suggested adding and adjusting some support conditions for policies for clubs preserving and promoting intangible cultural heritage.

At the same time, it is necessary to clarify the responsibility of state management agencies in assessing, issuing decisions on establishment, and approving the operating charter of clubs; at the same time, pay attention to developing operating regulations of clubs; research to ensure fairness between established clubs and clubs established later to benefit from this policy.
At the meeting, the Committee for Culture and Society, the Provincial People's Council also examined the draft resolution regulating social assistance levels and support policies for a number of social protection beneficiaries in the province.
