From the general objective, the plan has set out specific objectives in the fields of politics, economics - labor, health, education - training, information and communication, and in family life and prevention and response to gender-based violence. Accordingly, some outstanding objectives are that by 2030, 75% of state management agencies and local authorities at all levels will have female key leaders, 60% of female wage workers, 70% of perpetrators of domestic violence and gender-based violence who have not been prosecuted will be counseled and consulted, 40% of female students, pupils and students will be newly recruited in the vocational education system, 80% of the population will have access to basic knowledge about gender equality, etc. To achieve the above objectives, it is necessary to explore the role and responsibility of trade union organizations in agencies and units.
One of the new points in this plan is to strive to have at least one medical facility piloting healthcare services for homosexuals, bisexuals and transgender people in the province by 2025.

Based on the contents of the plan, representatives of the Trade Union gave many quality comments, suitable to the conditions, nature and characteristics of the unit. The delegates also proposed many creative and effective ways to implement gender equality.
Answering some questions and issues of delegates in the discussion section, the conference organizers emphasized the role ofunion organization, the role and responsibility of trade unions in implementing gender equality, promoting men to participate in gender equality in a real way, organizing movements for men... In reality, in many units, the role of trade unions in gender equality work has not really been promoted, many units mistakenly think that this is the work of the women's department. This misunderstanding leads to the fact that gender equality work has not really achieved the expected results.
