Dien Chau has another outbreak of African swine fever
(Baonghean.vn) - In Dien Chau district (Nghe An), there have been 2 outbreaks of African swine fever and sick pigs are occurring in some localities. It is noted that the work of preventing African swine fever in a locality has not been up to standard.
After the African swine fever outbreak in Dien Van commune, on May 4, a second outbreak appeared in Dien Kim commune, Dien Chau district.

However, through records, it shows that the work of preventing African swine fever in Dien Kim commune is not really drastic and does not ensure proper technical standards.
Immediately after African swine fever outbreaks in the district, the District Party Committee and People's Committee directed specialized agencies and communes to effectively implement epidemic prevention measures. For localities that have not yet effectively implemented epidemic prevention measures, the District People's Committee will soon direct drastic implementation.
