Complete production and business targets
In 2020,Nghe An Electricity Companyhas implemented many innovative action programs, applying information technology in business and customer service. Thereby, customer service has many positive changes, electricity access index and electricity supply reliability index have been significantly improved.
Specifically, commercial electricity reached over 3,765 million KWh/plan 3,790 million KWh, equal to 99.3%; Total company loss decreased by 0.27% compared to the same period in 2019. By the end of 2020, Nghe An Electricity Company was managing 1,013,142 customers, of which 897,249 were household customers (accounting for 88.6%).

Implementing the direction of the Government and the People's Committee of Nghe An province, Nghe An Electricity Company has promptly implemented cashless electricity payment. Up to now, the whole company has had 186,689 customers using this service.
To integrate with the development trend of the 4.0 technology era, Nghe An Electricity Company has applied many softwares to business operations, increasingly improving the quality of customer service.

In 2020, Nghe An Electricity Company achieved 13/14 customer service quality targets, 1 target was not achieved, which was restoring power supply after an incident. The reason was due to the complicated developments of natural disasters.
Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Nghe An Electricity supports reducing electricity prices and electricity bills for electricity customers affected by the Covid-19 epidemic with an amount of 249 billion VND.
Nghe An Power Company has always paid attention to customer appreciation activities and implemented them effectively. In 2020 alone, the Company implemented programs and activities with a total cost of 929 million VND.
In 2020, Nghe An Electricity Company also focused on investing in the construction of 53 new power grid infrastructure projects with a total investment of VND 595 billion.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Industry and Trade awarded Certificates of Merit to the collective of Nghe An Electricity Company and 3 individuals of the unit for their outstanding achievements in the process of supplying electricity to rural and mountainous areas in the period 2016-2020; the Northern Power Corporation and Nghe An Electricity Company awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals who excellently completed their tasks in 2020.

Commercial electricity: 4,180.79 million kWh, an increase of over 11% compared to 2020
Average electricity price: 1,815 VND/kWh, an increase of 50.58 VND/kWh compared to 2020
