In the urgent atmosphere of the entire Party, people and army, Dien Xuan commune (Dien Chau) is actively implementing the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels to cadres and people of all walks of life in the area according to the set schedule.
Mr. Dang Xuan Man, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, said: From the very first day of implementation, the commune actively studied documents, proactively discussed and asked for guidance from the higher-level election committee.
Up to now, the implementation procedures have been carried out in accordance with the provisions of the election law. The commune has promptly established an election committee consisting of cadres and party members with experience in election work, good qualifications and professional skills, trusted by the party committee and the people; and established sub-committees to assist the election committee.
Voters in village 2 (Dien Xuan) view the voter list posted at the village cultural house.
To achieve high efficiency in propaganda work, in addition to continuous broadcasting on the commune radio system, it is also integrated into meetings of departments, branches, organizations, cultural, artistic and sports activities, drawing propaganda pictures, slogans, billboards, posters, oral propaganda..., especially new points in the election work so that people can understand and grasp the election law. The work of ensuring political security - social order and safety during the election is also of special concern to the commune.
The commune police force proactively deployed a plan to ensure security and order before, during and after the election; deployed a review of household registration, population, temporary absences and temporary residence in the area to finalize the voter list. The subcommittee for handling complaints and denunciations assigned forces in charge of villages and hamlets to grasp the situation of citizens' complaints and denunciations related to the election. Up to now, there have been no complaints in the commune.
In this election, Dien Xuan elected 26 representatives of the People's Council of the commune. After the third consultation, the structure of representatives was ensured according to regulations: 12 women, 15 non-party members and 8 young people. Most of the candidates are highly trusted by the people in their place of residence.
Currently, the election teams have prepared ballot boxes, seals, banners, slogans, and voter lists posted at the election teams and cultural houses in the hamlets for voters to easily observe and follow.
With such positive efforts, we believe that Dien Xuan commune will successfully conduct the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels.
