The movements
After successfully organizing the Do Luong Town Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term (late April 2020), the Town Party Committee issued plans to implement the Congress Resolution, with the major goal of making the town a model urban area by 2025.

Comrade Truong Cong Thao - Secretary of the Do Luong Town Party Committee said: "The Party Committee has issued 14 documents, 5 programs, 4 plans and 5 regulations to implement the Resolution for the 2020 - 2025 term. At the same time, it has thoroughly disseminated to cadres, party members, association members and party cells the basic contents of the Resolution and action programs, especially those related to the fields of socio-economic development, national defense and security".

At the Do Luong District People's Court Party Cell, after the Party Cell Congress, 1 working regulation and 3 programs were issued to implement the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term; at the same time, the Trade Union and Youth Union were directed to develop 2 action plans to implement the Resolution of the Congress...

In general, right after the Congress, 72 grassroots Party organizations in Do Luong district issued documents, programs, plans, and regulations to implement the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term and have now created positive movements.

ComradeTran Van Long- Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Do Luong District Party Committee: Through the inspection results of the delegations established by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the self-inspection records of the units, the grassroots Party organizations after the congress promptly and proactively developed plans and organized the dissemination of the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term to Party members, union members, and association members; the participation rate in studying the Congress Resolution of many units was very high; after studying, Party members and cadres were organized to write reports. At the same time, the Party Committees and Party Cells followed the Congress Resolution and the guidance documents of the higher levels to promptly assign individual Party Committee members to advise on drafting documents to implement the Congress Resolution.

The District Party Committee has sent an official dispatch guiding the implementation of self-inspection records at grassroots Party organizations and completed and sent it to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee. Along with that, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee also divided into clusters, command points and assigned specific responsibilities to cluster leaders in inspection and implementation work.
