Do Luong: Review 4 and discipline 1 commune-level civil servant for violating discipline and administrative discipline

On April 6, the provincial interdisciplinary delegation conducted a surprise inspection of discipline and administrative discipline in Do Luong and Tan Ky districts.

Through inspection at the Do Luong District People's Committee, according to the delegation's assessment, the District People's Committee has disseminated documents and directives from superiors, and issued 3 documents to rectify discipline and administrative order in the area.

Since the beginning of 2018, the district has conducted surprise inspections of discipline and administrative discipline in 9 communes, of which 2 communes have announced conclusions; directed the review of 4 officials and civil servants of Tru Son and Dai Son communes; and disciplined 1 civil servant of Lac Son commune.

Regarding compliance with working hours, through surprise inspections at specialized departments under the District People's Committee on the same morning, including: Natural Resources and Environment, Economic Infrastructure, Agriculture and Rural Development, Inspection and Office of Land Use Rights Registration, it was found that they basically complied with regulations.

However, the Head of the Economic Infrastructure Department did not clearly understand the time and work plan of the department's civil servants, and one civil servant was late for work.

On the same morning, the provincial interdisciplinary delegation conducted a surprise inspection at a number of communes in Do Luong district. The delegation pointed out a number of shortcomings and requested relevant localities and officials to remedy them.

Specifically, at the time of inspection, some officials and civil servants of Xuan Son commune did not strictly comply with wearing civil servant badges.

Lac Son Commune has 4 civil servants who do not have nameplates for their desks; administrative procedures have not been posted at the "one-stop" department.

Although a document has been issued assigning tasks to civil servants and non-professionals doing professional work, Lac Son commune has not yet assigned tasks to the following positions: internal affairs, religion, ethnicity, emulation - rewards, deputy police, deputy military commander.

At Giang Son Dong commune, at the time of the inspection team's inspection at 11:15 a.m., many officials and civil servants had left the headquarters, only 7 officials and civil servants were present.

On the same day, the delegation suddenly inspected the implementation of discipline and administrative discipline at Tan Ky town and Tan Ky district People's Committee.

Through inspection at the town headquarters, at the time of inspection at 11:25 a.m., 5 officials of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Women's Union, Veterans Association, and Vice Chairman of the Town People's Council were absent without reason.

At the Tan Ky District People's Committee, through a surprise inspection of a number of departments and offices at 11:25 a.m., the majority of cadres and civil servants strictly followed discipline and administrative order.

The inspection team requested the People's Committees of the districts and the inspected agencies and units to continue to thoroughly educate the staff, civil servants and public employees to strictly comply with working hours and promptly overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out by the team.
