Do Luong: Awarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements on the occasion of Tet 2024

On the afternoon of February 5, the People's Committee of Do Luong district held a ceremony to award outstanding achievements in the peak period of attacking and suppressing crimes to ensure security and order on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024 to officers and soldiers of Do Luong district police.

After more than 1.5 months of implementing the peak period of attacking and suppressing crime, Do Luong District Police discovered 71 cases, fought and arrested 83 criminals and violators of various types of laws. Of which, 3 special cases ondrug, gambling and fireworks. Evidence seized: 37.347g of various types of drugs; more than 220kg of fireworks; 0.5 tons of sugar; 0.5 tons of rice; 07 taels of gold and some other related evidence. Records were made, 3 subjects were sent to educational facilities - reform schools; 4 compulsory drug rehabilitation records and 12 drug rehabilitation records at home and in the community.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Trung Thanh - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee highly appreciated the outstanding achievements of the collective, officers and soldiers of Do Luong District Police in the past time. He hoped that in the coming time, Do Luong Police force would continue to promote the achievements to ensure security and order, and maintain a peaceful life for the people.
