Do Luong builds modern and civilized Dong Son urban area
(Baonghean.vn) - Do Luong District is implementing the construction of Dong Son Urban Area Project to become one of the highlights of the district.

Mr. Tran Van Son - Director of the Construction Management Board of Do Luong District said: The brick kiln area of Dong Son Commune (Do Luong) has been abandoned since 2007. Faced with this situation, the People's Committee of Do Luong District has submitted a request to all levels to build an urban area. On March 6, 2018, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 733/QD-UBND approving the policy of surveying and selecting a location to plan the construction of the above project.
Dong Son urban area project has a total area of 4 hectares, located right next to the center of Do Luong town, on a land of "favorable time and place" when embraced by the year-round cool Dao River, and has a perfect trade route.

The project has a total value of nearly 50 billion VND, with synchronous infrastructure construction, 10 traffic routes, domestic water supply and drainage system, stadium, swimming pool. This project is expected to be completed by early 2020.
Mr. Tran Van Son - Director of Do Luong District Construction Management Board added: During the project construction, there were many difficulties in land leveling, the district did not have any land mines, so some units had to renovate the land right in the locality. In the long term, Do Luong is creating favorable conditions for all levels and sectors to provide land mines to meet the construction needs in the area.
