In the morning, in Tuong Duong district, the provincial working delegation directly inspected the preparation work.electorat Pha Lom village (Tam Hop commune) and Lung village (Tam Thai commune).
Working with the Election Committee of Tuong Duong district, the provincial delegation acknowledged the initiative, responsibility, and mobilization of the entire political system from the district to the grassroots level to focus on leadership and direction of the election.

On behalf of the working delegation, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Election Committee, reminded the locality of a number of issues related to the posting of the list of candidates in some voting areas that need to be more reasonable tovoterseasy to follow
Along with that, it is necessary to continue to direct the timely updating of the voter list for adjustment, in which it is necessary to coordinate with the police to strictly manage the declaration of temporary absence and temporary residence.
Besides, it is necessary to pay attention to ensuring conditions for election day, especially in 30 villages in 4 communes with early voting.

The district also needs to develop a scenario for the election process on May 23 for each voting team; proactively forecast possible situations to have a plan, especially in the current complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic; at the same time, proactively mobilize forces to replace voting teams that may have to be quarantined due to the epidemic...
Xiangyang County established 146 election teams with 1,919 members. The total number of voters established and listed was 43,199.

In the afternoon, after inspecting the election work in two villages Lang Xieng and Thai Son 2 (Mon Son commune), working with the Con Cuong district Election Committee, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh highly appreciated the thoughtful, methodical leadership and direction, in accordance with the spirit of all levels and in accordance with the law.
Emphasizing that the election day of May 23 has an important decisive significance for the entire direction process of the Party Committee and government from the district to the grassroots level, and the decisive role in the success of the election day is the operation of the election teams.

Therefore, the district and communes need to strengthen training and professional guidance in the direction of hand-holding for members of the election team. Con Cuong district has a total of 118 polling stations. The district has organized 12 training courses on election work for more than 1,100 members of the election team. The total number of voters registered and posted up to this point is 47,272 voters.

Next, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh also visited, encouraged and presented gifts to officers and soldiers of Tam Quang Border Post (Tuong Duong district). Currently, Tam Quang Border Post is assigned to manage Tam Quang commune with a 24 km border line, 5 national markers and nearly 1,900 households with nearly 7,900 people.

On this occasion, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh also visited, encouraged and presented gifts to officers and soldiers of Mon Son Border Post (Con Cuong district). The post is currently assigned to manage Mon Son commune with more than 36 km of border line and 7 landmarks. There are a total of nearly 2,250 households with nearly 9,370 people in the area.
At the stations visited, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee encouraged and shared the hardships of the Border Guard force; at the same time, hoped that officers and soldiers would continue to make efforts to fulfill the three current key political tasks: ensuring border security and national territorial sovereignty; propagating and mobilizing people to develop the socio-economy; strengthening the force to block and lock the border; strictly controlling trails, openings, border crossing points, promptly detecting and handling cases of illegal entry and exit./.
