At the working sessions, comrade Pham Ngoc Canh - Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee informed and shared some experiences of Nghe An province on the development and implementation of the Project "Improving the effectiveness of direction, orientation and handling of press information in Nghe An province, period 2021 - 2025"; the results of implementing Resolution 35-NQ/TW, dated October 22, 2018 of the Politburo on strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views; coordination between the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Police, the Department of Information and Communications in providing and handling information in the press and the Internet, etc.

Representatives of the Propaganda Department and functional agencies and departments of Ca Mau, Kien Giang provinces and Can Tho city shared experiences and solutions to improve the effectiveness of directing, managing, and orienting media, press, and the Internet. The provinces have strengthened their work, monitored, and strictly handled violations of the law on ensuring media safety and security; and handled violations of propagating bad, toxic, distorted information, and inciting sabotage against the Party and the State.
