Offering flowers and incense, the delegation expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of our Party and people; an outstanding activist of the international communist and workers' movement; honored as a national liberation hero and outstanding cultural celebrity.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always had deep affection and concern for the cadres and people of all ethnic groups in Son La province. The letters he sent, the places he visited and talked to the people in the province have now become important historical relics and mementos, demonstrating Uncle Ho's affection for the people of all ethnic groups in Son La province and the affection of the people of all ethnic groups in Son La province for beloved Uncle Ho.
