On the morning of November 15, the Central delegation of the Vietnam Farmers' Union led by Comrade Luong Quoc Doan - Permanent Vice President held an incense offering and flower offering ceremony at Kim Lien Relic Site. Also present was Comrade Nguyen Quang Tung - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Union.

At the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House, the delegation respectfully offered fresh flowers and incense to his spirit, reporting to him the positive results that the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union in general and the Nghe An Farmers' Union in particular have strived to achieve in the past time. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh's sacred Testament, the delegates pledged to continuously study and practice, follow his shining example of ideology, morality and style, and build the homeland and country to become increasingly prosperous.

In the morning of the same day, the delegation also visited President Ho Chi Minh's hometown, listening to an introduction about the house associated with the childhood and youth of Uncle Ho, the great leader of the Vietnamese people, an outstanding cultural celebrity.
