President Ho Chi Minh was the one who established the special relationship between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, and the relationship between the people of the two countries. Next, the delegation visited President Ho Chi Minh's hometown and the memorial house on stilts of President Ho Chi Minh, donated by the Lao People's Democratic Republic to the Kim Lien Relic Site.
