After 2 years of implementing Directive No. 05 - CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, Quynh Luu district has achieved some outstanding results. On the occasion of the 128th anniversary of Uncle Ho's birthday, Quynh Luu district selected 5 collectives and 15 typical individuals in 2 years of implementing Directive 05 - CT/TW to offer incense and report their achievements to Uncle Ho at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Respectfully offering a basket of fresh flowers and incense sticks in memory of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation of Quynh Luu district expressed their infinite gratitude for his great contributions - the genius leader of the Party and people of Vietnam, an outstanding activist of the international communist and workers' movement.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, on behalf of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and mass organizations of Quynh Luu district, the delegates pledged to continue to make efforts, strive, and better fulfill the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and strengthening Party building and organizations in the political system.

In particular, continue to make efforts to promote solidarity and effectively implement the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (12th tenure) on "Strengthening Party building and rectification; preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party in conjunction with Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle; improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, promoting democracy and solidarity, and bringing Quynh Luu to develop faster and more sustainably in the direction of modern industry.

Next, the delegation offered incense at the K9 relic site in Ba Vi district, Ha Tay. In 1957, the K9 relic site was chosen by Uncle Ho to build a base during the resistance war against the US and this was also the place where Uncle Ho's body was kept from 1969 to 1975.
