Unity… in the same direction!
(Baonghean.vn) - In reality, some agencies, localities, and units are still "famous" for being united, unified, and of one mind, but when an incident occurs, all sorts of things in the world are "revealed"!
In revolutions and revolutionary movements, as well as in life, solidarity is an extremely important factor for victory. Solidarity can be simply understood as the gathering, forming a unified block, working together for a common purpose. But to demonstrate, to understand solidarity, it needs to be recognized and evaluated accurately and seriously. If we only listen to reports, if we only look at the phenomenon: 100% unanimous vote; no petitions, complaints, denunciations; have drawn profound lessons,... to evaluate, then we may not correctly assess the nature of the problem.
In reality, some agencies, localities, and units are still “famous” for being united, unified, and of one mind. In reality, when an incident occurs, we find out that there is a phenomenon of “appearance but not heart”, but the leaders hide and cover it up, and the subordinates do not dare to speak out, for fear of persecution, or being judged as “causing internal disunity”. Then “the needle in the bag” comes out, all kinds of things in the world! It is sad that the two words “unity” have turned into “unity” for the sake of negativity, for evil. An entire collective is “unanimous”, silent, to unite and compromise with the wrong!
There is a phenomenon of "solidarity" that has been directed, "assigned roles", "assigned tasks" clearly. Solidarity from leadership, direction, to implementation organization, then inspection, supervision; "solidarity", "unanimity from top to bottom", not letting any news leak out. Thanks to that, for many years, the reputation of "solidarity" has been maintained for a long time; agencies and Party cells have even received the title of units that have excellently completed their tasks! There are things that are known to be wrong but left as they are, so everyone "benefits". There are material benefits, there are benefits of not having to do them, being healthy, not affecting oneself, so just keep quiet to get the matter over with!
There are also brave people who speak up to analyze and correct the wrong and support the right. But these are weak and isolated voices. They are immediately suppressed by the leaders; there are also opportunists - even "mobs" - who "beat them up", labeling them as fabricators and lacking in constructive spirit. They take advantage of this opportunity to flatter the leaders! Just a few times like that, the "opposing" voices are reserved and then just "keep quiet to let it go" because "fanning the flames will burn your mouth". What is worth mentioning is that they do not have enough power, and are easily "noticed" by the leaders, who may transfer them to other jobs or discriminate in a very subtle way. This phenomenon often occurs in places where the leaders are patriarchal, autocratic, and arbitrary.
Uncle Ho once wrote: "We must be honest and united". He advised that all sectors, agencies and localities must be honest and united, because "unity is our strength. Unity will help us overcome all difficulties and achieve many achievements". To be honest and united, we must practice self-criticism and criticism sincerely and frankly, with a spirit of building and loving each other. People with shortcomings must know how to listen, be receptive, accept and correct themselves to make progress. The style of "unity in harmony" and "silence is golden" is far from Ho Chi Minh's thought on "honest solidarity".
