The temple consists of a three-entrance gate, lower hall and upper hall, which have been restored many times. The lower hall has 3 horizontal compartments, the upper hall has 3 vertical compartments. Mr. Tran Minh Thang - the temple's keeper said that under the feudal regime, Phu Tho temple was granted many royal decrees by various dynasties, and currently, 7 royal decrees from the Nguyen Dynasty are still preserved. Every year on the 15th day of the 9th lunar month, the temple will hold a ceremony to commemorate the death of the Duke.
