The temple consists of a three-door gate, a lower hall and an upper hall, which have been restored many times. The lower hall has three horizontal compartments, and the upper hall has three vertical compartments. Mr. Tran Minh Thang - the temple's custodian said that under the feudal regime, Phu Tho temple was granted many royal decrees by dynasties, and currently, 7 royal decrees from the Nguyen Dynasty are still preserved. Every year on the 15th day of the 9th lunar month, the temple will hold a ceremony to commemorate the death of the Duke.
