Innovation and improvement of oral propaganda work

On the morning of June 16, in Hoang Mai town, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a meeting on propaganda work in the first 6 months of the year, deploying tasks for the last 6 months of 2022 in cluster 3, including 9 district party committees, town party committees, and affiliated party committees: Que Phong, Quy Chau, Quy Hop, Thai Hoa, Nghia Dan, Quynh Luu, the Provincial Military Command, and the Provincial Border Guard Command.

In the first 6 months of 2022, the Propaganda Department of the district and town Party Committees, and the propaganda department of the Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee in Cluster 3 have closely followed the direction of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the direction of the Party Committees and the actual situation of the localities to well perform the assigned political tasks. In particular, actively advising the Party Committees to organize the study, dissemination, propaganda and implementation of the Resolution of the 13th Central Committee, Session 4 and the Party's directives and resolutions.

Units also proactively grasp the ideological situation, mood, and public opinion among cadres, party members, and people to advise the Party Committee on directing and orienting ideological work, removing difficulties and obstacles; monitoring and handling issues reported by the press; fighting against false, hostile arguments, bad, and toxic information on social networks. In addition, scientific and educational work, political theory, and Party history are directed and implemented; cultural and artistic activities closely follow national and local holidays and political events.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Pham Ngoc Canh highly appreciated the efforts, positivity and proactiveness of the Propaganda Departments of district and town Party Committees, and the Propaganda Departments of affiliated Party Committees in Cluster 3. In the last 6 months of the year, he requested the Propaganda Departments of district and town Party Committees, and the Propaganda Departments of Party Committees in the Cluster to strengthen propaganda to ensure political and ideological security, creating a favorable environment for economic recovery and development after the Covid-19 pandemic in localities; promote propaganda on cyberspace; study and implement plans to organize learning, dissemination and implementation of resolutions of the Central and the province.

At the same time, innovate and improve the quality of oral propaganda work with focused, concise, easy-to-understand content suitable for each target group; Link the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW with the effective implementation of Resolution of the 13th Central Committee, Session 4, on Party building and rectification.

Before the conference, delegates visited a number of economic models, Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park, seafood farming models, and OCOP products with high economic efficiency in Hoang Mai town.
