(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Civil Judgment Enforcement tradition (July 19, 1946 - July 19, 2021), on the afternoon of July 16, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee came to congratulate the cadres, civil servants and employees of the provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement sector.
Also attending were comrade Ho Le Ngoc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong congratulated the 75th anniversary of the tradition.Civil enforcement; at the same time, acknowledge and appreciate the achievements of the entire Civil Judgment Enforcement (CJE) sector of Nghe An province in the past time.
He emphasized: In the general context of the whole country, the socio-economic situation continues to develop rapidly in all fields, the negative side of the market mechanism will lead to the emergence of more and more civil, commercial, family and criminal disputes, the number of cases and money to be executed continues to increase, on average handling nearly 20,000 cases per year. In particular, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic spreading, seriously affecting the general operations of the industry, but with great efforts, the province's civil judgment enforcement work has made progress, positive changes from the organization of the apparatus to the results of the execution of judgments always reaching and exceeding the targets and tasks assigned by the National Assembly, the Ministry of Justice, and the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement; is one of the leading units nationwide and has contributed a lot to stabilizing political security, order and social safety in the province.
The above achievements have demonstrated high consensus in the whole system, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, creativity, determination to rise up and the efforts of the Party Executive Committee, the leaders of the Department and all cadres, civil servants and employees in the THADS agency in the province.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that in the coming time, the entire provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement sector will continue to promote the achieved results, determined to overcome limitations, difficulties and obstacles to excellently complete the assigned tasks. In particular, focusing on a number of key tasks such as: Continuing to do well the work of building a streamlined, effective and efficient organizational structure; building a team of cadres with solid professional skills, good knowledge of the law, courage, discipline and responsibility. Strengthening the work of inspection, urging and guiding professional work. Successfully implementing and completing the targets assigned by superiors. The sector needs to focus on 2 breakthroughs, which are recovering money and assets in economic and corruption cases; handling bad debts for the banking sector and credit institutions.
