Presenting flowers to congratulate the People's Procuracy at two levels of Nghe An province, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong expressed his excitement and pride at the development of the sector. He said: Throughout the process of construction and development, especially in recent years of implementing the judicial reform strategy, imbued with the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh for the Procuracy: "Fairness, integrity, objectivity, prudence, modesty", generations of Procuracy officials through the periods have overcome all difficulties and challenges, always strived, devoted, and performed well the political tasks assigned by the Party, State and People.

Actively coordinate with agencies in the internal affairs sector, especially the Public Security and the Court sector, to regularly exchange and coordinate in handling issues and cases with different opinions, perceptions and viewpoints; strengthen the practice of the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities, not allowing wrongful convictions or criminals to escape. Actively report, propose and handle complicated issues arising in the process of resolving cases and cases. The results achieved by the sector have actively contributed to the fight against crime, maintaining political security, social order and safety, protecting human rights, ensuring democratic rights of the people; making important contributions to the achievements of judicial reform in the new situation, effectively serving the socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the province.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong emphasized that as society develops, the prosecution industry faces many challenges and pressures due to the increase in crime, especially new types of crime, non-traditional crimes, high-tech crimes... while legal theories have not kept up; the nature of work is increasingly stressful, the types of cases are increasing... Therefore, each officer and prosecutor must clearly identify personal legal responsibilities, regularly improve political capacity, cultivate professional qualifications and ethics; be determined to build a team of officers and prosecutors who are politically steadfast, good at their profession, knowledgeable about the law, impartial and courageous, disciplined and responsible. Through practical activities, it is necessary to quickly identify difficulties, obstacles, overlaps and inadequacies of the legal system to promptly recommend competent authorities to consider, amend and supplement to meet the requirements of judicial reform in the current period.
