(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 6, Tien Loc hamlet, Hung Loc commune (Vinh city) held a ceremony to celebrate the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2016) and the National Great Unity Day in the residential area.

Comrades Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnamg, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Nguyen Van Huy - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee joined the people of Tien Loc hamlet in joy.

The art performance "Solidarity Festival" was composed and performed by the people of Tien Loc hamlet.

At the ceremony, Tien Loc hamlet residents and delegates together reviewed the glorious history of 86 years of establishment and development of the Vietnam National United Front; summarized one year of implementing the campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas" of the hamlet and launched the emulation movement in 2017.

Representatives of provincial and city leaders attended the great solidarity festival.

Over the past year, the hamlet has implemented a good cultural lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals. 125 families have achieved the title of cultural family, 80 families have achieved the title of sports family. The work of encouraging learning in the hamlet has been focused on, many students have achieved excellent results at the national, provincial and city levels... The hamlet has been classified by the People's Committee of Hung Loc commune as having completed its tasks excellently.

Comrade Nguyen Van Huy presented gifts from the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to 10 families in difficult circumstances.

Speaking with the people of Tien Loc hamlet, comrade Nguyen Van Huy praised and congratulated the results that the hamlet had achieved and asked the people of Tien Loc hamlet to continue to carry out the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; build a healthy living environment, preserve and promote traditional moral values; strive to build a peaceful hamlet, free of social evils, thereby maintaining the title of cultural hamlet...
