200g black chicken, 20g polygonum multiflorum, 15g astragalus, 10 jujubes. 30g longan, 3g ginseng, 5g lingzhi mushroom. Crush all ingredients, steep with boiling water in a sealed container, after 20 minutes it is ready to use, drink instead of tea every day. You can add a little rock sugar to make it easier to drink.

5g lingzhi mushroom, 10g polygala root, 10g notoginseng root, 4g schisandra root, 10g lotus seeds. Grind all ingredients into fine powder, steep in boiling water in a sealed container, after 20 minutes it is ready to use, add a little sugar, drink instead of tea during the day.
