Defending champion Yen Thanh defeated teenager Quynh Luu, topping group A.

With the victory over TN Quy Hop, the defending champion TN Yen Thanh and the runner-up of last season TN Quynh Luu have officially entered the quarter-finals of the Youth - Children's Football Tournament Nghe An Newspaper Cup.
