Attending the closing ceremony were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies; provincial departments, branches and sectors; and leaders of Yen Thanh district.
Before the closing ceremony, the final match between FC Levis and FC Tho Thanh took place. Due to the importance of the final match, the two teams played closely and fiercely, giving the audience exciting and attractive football. The highlight of the match only came in the last minutes of the second half, when FC Levis opened the score and then scored 2 more goals to end with a score of 3-0. With this result, FC Levis officially took the highest position in this year's tournament.
After the final match, the Organizing Committee held an award ceremony. The third place team was FC Thinh Thanh, the second place was FC Tho Thanh, the first place was FC Levis.

The 10th Yen Thanh Association Football Tournament in Vinh City in 2022 brings together 12 participating teams including: FC Levis, FC Thinh Thanh, FC Lua, FC Hung Hau, FC Phuc Thanh, Sac Viet Tourism, FC Tho Thanh, FC Binh Phat, FC Dang Quang, FC Duc Thanh, FC CND, FC F4 Auto.
