(Baonghean.vn) - After more than 3 months of launching, the Organizing Committee received nearly 450 entries for the contest of initiatives and solutions for administrative reform in Nghe An province in 2020 from agencies, localities, units and individuals in the province.

The solutions and initiatives for the contest focus on several main contents such as: Direction, management, consulting on implementation; propaganda, supervision, and inspection of administrative reform. Initiatives on reducing meetings and improving the quality of meetings.

Simplifying the process of handling administrative procedures, shortening the time, cutting costs of performing administrative procedures; improving the process, methods of receiving, processing, and resolving work, improving service quality; applying information technology to management, operation, and handling administrative procedures in state administrative agencies... are also mentioned in the exam papers.

Through the contest, the Party and State's policies and laws on administrative reform are promoted; the dynamism and creativity of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers are promoted to find practical initiatives and solutions, and to promote the effectiveness of administrative reform in agencies, units and localities.
The Organizing Committee will award 6 collective awards; 10 individual awards. The announcement and award ceremony is expected to be held at the end of November 2020.
