This is one of the activities associated with the program "Meeting 480 Secretaries of the Youth Union, communes, wards and towns in Nghe An province in 2019" to equip skills and expertise in Youth Union - Association - Young Pioneer work; create conditions for Youth Union - Young Pioneer cadres to practice and exchange experiences in organizing activities, contributing to improving the quality of Youth Union work and youth movements throughout the province.

During one session, nearly 500 trainees who are Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of districts, cities, and towns and 480 Secretaries of communes, wards, and towns were equipped with knowledge through contents such as: Collective activity songs; branch activity games; playground models for children; and building activity content according to themes.
