Traditional meeting of teachers who went to B during the Resistance War against America
(Baonghean.vn) - The meeting took place on the morning of May 16 in a warm and emotional atmosphere. This is the fourth time the Nghe An Retired Teachers Association has organized this meaningful program.
Attending the meeting were nearly 200 former teachers and relatives of teachers and martyrs who had participated in supporting the Southern battlefield during the Resistance War against the US, from 1962 to 1974.
During this time, as pioneers, steadfast in political ideology and good at expertise, they, along with nearly 3,000 other teachers from the North, went to the South to train teachers and build the education movement in the liberated areas. At the same time, they prepared for the takeover of general schools, universities and vocational schools when the war ended.
