Overseas Vietnamese family in the UK donated 1 ton of rice to people in difficulty due to the Covid-19 epidemic.
(Baonghean.vn) - In order to share and help people in his hometown ease the difficulties during the days of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic, the family of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan from An Hoa commune (Quynh Luu), currently living and working in the UK, sent 1 ton of rice to poor and disadvantaged households in the area.
On April 15, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tap - Party Cell Secretary and Head of Toan Loi Village, An Hoa Commune (Quynh Luu), father of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan, came to the Commune Fatherland Front Committee to donate 1 ton of rice. All the donated rice was given to poor and disadvantaged households in need of help in the locality.
