(Baonghean.vn) - The 13th Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted Alumni Football Tournament, Nghe An - HSTP CUP has just officially kicked off at the Ministry of Public Security Football Stadium, Nguyen Xien, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
