Resolve voters' petitions thoroughly
For Sabeco Song Lam Packaging Joint Stock Company, the problem that has emerged is that it has not completely resolved the historical problems left behind when the company went into operation in 2009 and 2010, directly discharging and polluting the environment for 11 hectares of rice production of the people.
Since then, it has lasted for 9 years, although the General Department of Environment has inspected, handled violations and many levels of government have intervened; Vinh city alone has established a working group to verify and identify the polluter of 11 hectares of production of Hung Dong people as Sabeco Song Lam Packaging Joint Stock Company; but up to now, businesses and local authorities have not had a common voice in compensating the people.

Along with the above issue, according to Mr. Dinh Sy Khanh Vinh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Department of Environmental Protection, currently Sabeco Song Lam Packaging Joint Stock Company has not been confirmed to have completed environmental protection works.
Some opinions also recommend that businesses generate a large amount of hazardous waste and need to pay attention to collecting and treating it according to regulations.
Regarding Bac Vinh Industrial Park Development Investment Company, which is the unit investing in infrastructure construction and responsible for managing Bac Vinh Industrial Park, the issue that the monitoring delegation is concerned about is that the enterprise needs to monitor and thoroughly resolve the recommendations of Hung Dong voters reflecting on environmental pollution from Hoang Mai Concrete Mixing Station and some animal feed production facilities in the Industrial Park.

At the same time, businesses also need to pay attention to investing in building a green tree system, ensuring 10% of the total construction area and industrial hygiene in the industrial park.
One issue that some members of the monitoring team are concerned about is that there is currently an irrigation canal system serving agricultural production in the industrial park, so some businesses discharge overflow water into it, which is very difficult to control, so this system needs to be separated from the industrial park.
Caring for the working environment of employees
Concluding the monitoring session, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Cao Thi Hien pointed out the shortcomings due to the initial planning in investment and construction of industrial parks and in each enterprise as well as the ineffective coordination in management and handling of arising issues.
For Bac Vinh Industrial Park Development Investment Company, it is necessary to promote its management and supervision role over the industrial park infrastructure and each enterprise in the industrial park, contributing to a better environment.
