Sidewalk clearance, Vinh city pedestrians still pushed onto the street

(Baonghean.vn) - After more than a month of Vinh City (Nghe An) taking action to reclaim the sidewalks with many drastic solutions, violations are still occurring along many roads and pedestrians are being pushed onto the roadway.
