Director of the Department of Education and Training congratulates the Vinh Diocese on the occasion of Christmas

On the afternoon of December 17, a delegation from the Department of Education and Training led by Mr. Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department visited and congratulated the Vinh Diocese Bishop's Palace on the occasion of Christmas 2019.
