Director of Nghe An Department of Health calls for volunteers to support Bac Giang and Bac Ninh

On June 1, Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh - Director of Nghe An Department of Health said that he had just sent an open letter calling for volunteers to support Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic.

In the open letter, Mr. Chinh said that in the past time, with the timely and correct direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels, the strong and drastic participation of departments, branches, organizations and the support of the people, the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in our province has achieved remarkable results, gradually successfully controlling many outbreaks, contributing to maintaining political stability and social order and safety.

According to the head of Nghe An Health Department, on the front line of the fight against the epidemic, there are more and more shining examples, not afraid of danger, always trying their best to take advantage of every hour and every minute to go to the epidemic center to trace, take samples for testing, isolate the epidemic and treat and save the sick. Those images have touched many hearts and added to the beauty of the white blouse in Uncle Ho's homeland.

However, at present, the fourth wave of the epidemic is still evolving complicatedly, with the emergence of many new strains of the virus, which will have a profound impact on people's health and lives. In particular, in Bac Giang and Bac Ninh, the two provinces at the epicenter of the epidemic, are suffering many impacts of the epidemic. There, people are in dire need of our joint actions and sharing.
