Inspection and supervision are one of the functions and methods of Party leadership. Regular supervision plays an important role, helping Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members to promote strengths, overcome limitations, shortcomings and defects; especially preventing violations early, from afar, when they first appear.
With that common viewpoint and awareness, in recent times, Party committees at all levels and advisory and assisting agencies from the provincial to grassroots levels have attached great importance to regular supervision work.
In Nam Dan district, to strengthen regular supervision, the role of the Standing Committee, Standing Committee, and Executive Committee is clearly demonstrated through close monitoring of the grassroots by region, point and field, and assigned work content. Each Party Committee member strictly implements the regime of attending rural Party cell meetings as prescribed every quarter. According to comrade Le Trung Hoa - Chairman of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the difficulties, frustrations or problems that Party members reflect at Party cell meetings are all grasped by Party Committee members, sent to the District Party Committee's Organization Committee to synthesize and report to the District Party Committee Standing Committee.
