The vermicelli making profession brings stable income to the workers in the village. What is special is that for over 100 years, the village has maintained the practice of wrapping vermicelli in banana leaves, creating a unique flavor for the vermicelli.

Huynh Duong vermicelli village has 348 households, of which more than 100 households make vermicelli. Each vermicelli facility has an average of 4-6 workers. Vermicelli making takes place every day, mainly in the afternoon. |

Mr. Le Van Duy, Hamlet 3, Dien Quang has been making vermicelli for more than 20 years. His family has invested in modern vermicelli making equipment. Currently, the village has 9 establishments producing vermicelli by machine. |

Delicious noodles just out of the machine. With the current price of 7,000 VND/kg, each facility earns more than 2 million VND from noodles per day. After deducting the cost of raw materials and fuel, each noodle maker earns about 200,000 VND/day. |
