Two young men knocked over a woman's motorbike in Nghi Loc to snatch her phone.

Previously, Nghi Loc District Police received a report that in the early morning of August 16, 2023, while traveling on Highway 48E in Nghi Lam Commune, Nghi Loc District, Ms. NTM (born in 1993), residing in Nghi My Commune, Nghi Loc District, was hit by two subjects on a motorbike and knocked over Ms. M.'s motorbike, snatching Ms. M's mobile phone worth about 10 million VND and then speeding away.

Immediately after receiving the report and determining the dangerous and reckless nature of the subjects, Nghi Loc District Police established a special project to fight.

After a period of grasping the situation and applying synchronous professional measures, on August 22, Nghi Loc District Police successfully broke up a case and arrested two subjects residing in Nghi Van Commune, Nghi Loc District for the act of robbery, including: Truong Van Nguyen (born 2003) and Nguyen Dinh Thi (born 1992). It is worth mentioning that both Nguyen and Thi have criminal records for many crimes. At the police station, the subjects admitted all their crimes.

The seized and temporarily detained exhibits include: 1 phone that the subjects snatched from the victim, 1 motorbike which was the vehicle the subjects used to commit the crime and some other evidence.

Currently, Nghi Loc District Police have detained the subjects for handling according to the provisions of law.
