Large areas of summer-autumn rice in Nghe An that are about to be harvested have collapsed and are flooded.

Due to the impact of storm No. 5, Nghe An province has been experiencing prolonged heavy rains accompanied by strong winds. Heavy rains have caused large areas of summer-autumn rice in many localities that are in the preparation stage for harvest to collapse and be deeply submerged in water.
