Heroic music night celebrating National Day and August Revolution

(Baonghean.vn) - Joining in the atmosphere of celebrating the 71st anniversary of the August Revolution (19/8/1945 - 19/08/2016) and National Day September 2 (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2016), on the evening of August 27, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized an art program to celebrate at Ho Chi Minh Square with the participation of thousands of Vinh City residents.

Attending the program were comrade Ho Mau Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, along with representatives of a number of departments, branches and a large number of people of Vinh City.

Comrade Ho Mau Thanh presented flowers to the Ho Chi Minh Square Management Board and the National Song and Dance Troupe.

The art program celebrating the 71st anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2nd has the participation of 50 actors from the National Song and Dance Troupe.

During the 90 minutes, the artists presented the audience with many elaborately staged performances, praising the heroic history of the nation, about the sons who fell and sacrificed for national independence and peace for the country.

The performance "Party Flag" was carefully prepared by the National Song and Dance Troupe.

The art program affirmed the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the great President Ho Chi Minh in the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland; honored the tradition of patriotism, self-reliance, self-strengthening will, and the nation's aspiration for peace.

Many people of Vinh city came to enjoy the art program.

The performance "Vi Giam Song Lam" was performed by artists Lan Huong and Tran Luc.

The performance "Praise to President Ho" was performed by a dance troupe from the National Song and Dance Troupe and artist Thanh Luyen.

Together reviewing the heroic tradition of the nation, many performances at the show praised the homeland and country, encouraging people of all walks of life to unite to build a new life, striving to successfully carry out the proposed political, economic, cultural and social tasks./.
