(Baonghean.vn) – According to residents’ feedback, the traffic light system at the intersection between Lenin Avenue and Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street is faulty, with both green and red lights on, causing difficulties for traffic participants. Especially during rush hours, chaos has occurred and to date, this system has not been repaired.
