Accordingly, Mr. Va Cha Xenh and his wife, Ms. Lau Y Di, were both born in 1988, living in Pha Noi village and had just started working in Minh Hung commune, Bu Dang district, Binh Phuoc province for 4 days.

At around 9:00 a.m. on March 26, 2021, on the way to work, a truck suddenly lost control and collided with Mr. Xênh's motorbike carrying Ms. Y Dí sitting behind, causing Mr. Xênh and his wife to be seriously injured.deathon the spot

“Mr. Xênh’s family is a particularly poor household, with elderly parents and four young children. Two of them are in secondary school and preparing for the district’s excellent student exam, while the other two are in primary school. This afternoon (March 27), the bodies of Mr. Xênh and his wife will be brought back to their hometown for a burial ceremony according to local customs,” said Mr. Ha Ba Thai, Chairman of the Muong Tip Commune People’s Committee.
Because Mr. Xênh's family situation is very difficult, some individuals in Ky Son district called on the community to contribute and support money to support the family to bring Mr. Xênh and his wife back to their hometown on March 27.
