Support 50 million VND to build charity houses in Nghi Xa commune, Nghi Loc district
On September 8, Kim Thi Real Estate Joint Stock Company donated 50 million VND to support the construction of charity houses in Nghi Xa commune, Nghi Loc district.
Implementing preferential policies on investment in social housing development, Kim Thi Real Estate Joint Stock Company (investor) deploys a social housing project for workers and laborers in industrial parks in the Southeast Economic Zone.
The construction project in Nghi Xa commune, Nghi Loc district includes: 7 5-storey apartment buildings with 525 apartments; 23 adjacent low-rise houses; technical infrastructure works... Currently, the project is being accelerated and it is expected that some high-rise apartment buildings will be handed over for use by the end of 2024.
At the launching and introduction ceremony of the KT HOME social housing project, the investor representative donated 50 million VND to Nghi Xa commune, Nghi Loc district to build charity houses.
