*Morning June 5,Tan Ky District Red Cross Society (Nghe An) and Charity Associationvisited and gave gifts to Trinh Xuan Hung's family in Huong Son commune whose house was completely burned down by fire.
At 4:30 p.m. on May 24, while the whole family was working in the fields, the house and all the property in the house of Trinh Xuan Hung (born in 1982) and Chu Thi Huong Sen (born in 1983) in Xuan Huong hamlet, Huong Son commune (Tan Ky) were completely burned down. The family's circumstances are extremely difficult, they are considered poor households. Currently, the whole family (husband, wife and 2 young children) have to repair the buffalo pen to temporarily live.

Doctors and nurses from Tan Ky District Medical Center examined and provided consultations on common eye diseases in the elderly such as cataracts, infections, ptosis, etc. They also provided advice on hygiene, disease prevention, and on-site treatment for patients with common eye symptoms. For serious cases requiring surgery, the team made a list for free surgery at the Medical Center in the near future.
The activity is within the framework of the program "Bright eyes for the elderly" launched by the Central Association of the Elderly. Since the beginning of the year, the district medical center has coordinated with local medical stations to examine and provide free medicine for over 1,000 elderly people.* Same day,Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Women's Union of Nghia Dong Commune (Tan Ky)visited and presented gifts to the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tam, hamlet 5b, Nghia Dong commune, whose child has Down syndrome and congenital heart disease. The gifts are a stainless steel water bottle and a water filter worth more than 6 million VND. The commune Fatherland Front presented 5 million VND from the fund for the poor to support the family in buying breeding animals to develop livestock farming.

This practical activity is maintained by Tan Ky District Youth Union regularly every Tuesday, demonstrating the volunteer role of the youth, to help and encourage poor patients to feel secure in their treatment./.
