Support the construction of 'Red Scarf House' for poor students
(Baonghean.vn) - That is one of the projects and tasks of Vinh city youth to welcome the 5th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Vinh city, term 2019 - 2024, held on July 21.
On this occasion, the City Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of Vinh City offered incense and reported their achievements to Uncle Ho at Ho Chi Minh Square, together reviewing the Association's traditional day, thereby educating patriotism, national pride, promoting political courage, and creative youth to build the homeland and country more and more prosperous.

In the series of activities, the City Youth Union, Vietnam Youth Union - City Council of Young Pioneers organized the groundbreaking ceremony to build the "Red Scarf House" for the family of Vo Thi Giang, Hamlet 6, Hung Chinh Commune, who is in extremely difficult circumstances with a total support fund of 150 million VND. This is the amount contributed by young pioneers throughout the city, and benefactors supporting difficult circumstances.
