Support to build "homes of love" in Tan Ky, Quy Chau, Quy Hop

Tan Ky District Women's Union organized a ceremony to hand over the Love Shelter house to Ms. Dang Thi Lieu's family in Nam Son hamlet, Phu Son commune.
Ms. Dang Thi Lieu is a poor member. She is sick all year round. Her husband passed away from cancer. Her two children are of school age. The family's house is seriously degraded.
With the support of the District Women's Union, local Party Committee, local government, and women's union members in the whole commune, a new 2-room house was built, spacious and clean, worth more than 70 million VND, of which the District's Shelter of Love Fund supported 20 million VND, the Commune Women's Union supported 4 million VND, the Women's Union of Nam Son hamlet supported 2 million VND, and neighbors supported labor and materials.
* Quy Chau Districtorganized the awarding of 100 million VND from the "Connecting Love" Fund to support building houses for 2 poor households in the area, including: the family of Mrs. Lu Thi Thanh, Hong Tien 1 village, Chau Tien commune and Mrs. Lang Thi Bien, Xang 1 village, Chau Binh commune.

With the support of 50 million VND for each household, the rest from the family, siblings, relatives, along with the help of working days from the youth union and local people, all families have now built solid houses, with an area of nearly 60m2.2, each house is worth 100 million VND.

Mrs. Ha Thi Guong is a single parent, blind, in very difficult circumstances and has to live with her younger brother and sister-in-law to take care of her.
After more than 2 months of construction, the 2-room solidarity house has a usable area of 36 m2was completed with a total amount of nearly 60 million VND, of which the Quy Hop District Poor Day Fund supported 50 million VND, the rest was helped by relatives.
