Hoang Mai: Electing additional Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 3, the People's Council of Hoang town, term I, held its 7th session, summarizing the 2011-2016 term and electing an additional Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the town, term 2011-2016. Mr. Tran Van Mao, Standing Member of the Provincial People's Council attended the session.

Hoang Mai Town People's Council presented flowers to congratulate Mr. Ho Phi Trieu on being elected as Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee.

During the last term, the Town People's Council has regularly followed the Resolutions at all levels to institutionalize the state in accordance with the actual situation of the locality. At the same time, it has promptly decided on important issues to promote the potential and strengths of the town, solve major problems in all economic, social, defense and security fields; attract and promote investment, promote the rapid development of the town's socio-economy, improve the material and spiritual life of the people. At the meeting, the Town People's Council conducted an additional election and passed a resolution on the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term. As a result, Mr. Ho Phi Trieu, member of the Executive Committee of the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee, Term II, Head of the Urban Management Department of Hoang Mai Town, was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Hoang Mai Town People's Committee with 100% of the votes in agreement.

At this meeting, delegates also spent a lot of time listening to, reviewing and discussing the summary report on the organization and operation of the Town People's Council.
