Activities to support the poor in localities
(Baonghean.vn) - On November 14, many gift-giving and support activities for the poor continued to take place in localities.
* Fatherland Front Committee of Nghia An commune (Nghia Dan)The organization gave 10 million VND in support to Mr. Vo Van Quynh, a particularly poor household in hamlet 6, to repair his house, and supported Mr. Dau Duc Nam's family in hamlet 3 with 5 million VND.

The above amount is taken from the Commune's Fund for the Poor. It helps families in especially difficult circumstances stabilize their lives and gradually escape poverty.

* Tan Ky District Fatherland Front CommitteeIn coordination with Tan Long commune, the family of Ms. Le Thi Ly in Tan Minh hamlet, Tan Long commune was given 6 million VND to buy breeding goats, helping her family develop livestock farming and increase income.

Also on this occasion, Tan Long Commune People's Committee allocated the Fund for the Poor to give to families in difficult circumstances, often sick. Each family received from 2 to 3 million VND.
