(Baonghean.vn) - On July 12, local leaders visited, shared and supported families of victims in Tan Ky and Hoang Mai, and supported the construction of gratitude houses for poor households in Nghia Dan and Tuong Duong.

Tan Ky district leaders, led by comrade Bui Thanh Bao - Member of the Provincial Party Committee - Secretary of Tan Ky District Party Committee visited and encouraged the family of Ms. Do Thi Huyen Trang in Dao Nguyen hamlet, Nghia Dung commune, whose child had just died.

As reported by Nghe An Newspaper, on the morning of July 10, Ms. Do Thi Huyen Trang took her daughter Nguyen Ngoc Khanh Bang (born in 2018) to Nghia Dung Commune Health Station to get the second ComBE Five vaccine injection and take a polio vaccine. After 40 minutes, the child showed no symptoms, so Ms. Trang took her home. In the afternoon, the child continued to play, breastfeed, and sleep normally. In the evening, the child had a fever and on the morning of July 11, had a seizure. The family quickly took the child to Tan Ky District Health Center. There, doctors and nurses received and examined the child and said that the child had died before. Currently, the authorities have begun an investigation to clarify the cause of the child's death.

At around 12:00 on July 8, 2019, fishing boat NA 95087 owned by fisherman Phan Van An suddenly had water enter the engine compartment and sank at latitude 19, coordinates 290 North, 1080 Dong. There were 7 crew members on board at the time. After jumping off the ship, the crew members were discovered and rescued by a Quang Ngai fishing boat, then brought safely to shore. It is known that the boat had just been bought by his family and some crew members together for more than 1 billion VND, without having had time to complete the procedures to buy ship insurance. After just a few days at sea, catching the first fish, the accident happened.

Also on this occasion, the government and departments of Quynh Phuong ward also presented gifts and organized a fundraising campaign to help alleviate some of the difficulties, helping the family stabilize their lives and production.

For a long time, the family has been living in a dilapidated temporary house, which is at risk of being damaged and unsafe as the storm season approaches.

The house of gratitude has an area of ​​36m22, was built on the family's garden land, with a total cost of 40 million VND from the support fund donated by Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, with the support of working days from the commune's youth union members and villagers.
