Nghe An Association in Hanoi gives Tet gifts to poor people in Ky Son
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 9, the Nghe An Association in Hanoi led by comrade Le Doan Hop - former member of the Party Central Committee, former Minister of Information and Communications, former Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Nghe An Association in Hanoi went to Ky Son district to present Tet gifts to support the poor.
Also attending were comrades: Hoang Xuan Luong - former Deputy Minister, Vice Chairman of the Government's Ethnic Committee,Former Standing Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee,Vice President of Nghe An Association in Hanoi; Lieutenant General Nguyen Manh Dau, former Political Commissar of the General Department of Technology - Ministry of National Defense; a number of individuals and businesses inside and outside the province.

In Muong Long and Keng Du communes, the delegation visited and wished policy families and poor households a happy and peaceful new year, and presented each commune with 1 ton of rice and computers to key leaders of the two communes.

On behalf of the Nghe An Association in Hanoi, comrade Le Doan Hop said that the Association always cares and shares difficulties with the people of the homeland, especially the communes in remote and mountainous areas. The gifts, though small, demonstrate the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, mutual assistance, showing the beauty and culture of the Vietnamese people; spreading the positive spirit of supporting the poor, helping the poor overcome difficulties, enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet.
