* At Nghia Dan, 9th session, 19th District People's Councilattended by Comrade Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

In the first 6 months of the year, despite many difficulties, with the efforts of the entire political system, Nghia Dan district has achieved and exceeded many socio-economic targets. The economic growth rate reached 15.85%. The total production value is estimated at 5,850 billion VND, an increase of 17.84% over the same period. Of which, agriculture - forestry - fishery and services - trade have had good growth. Budget revenue is estimated at 119,172 million VND, reaching 79.45% of the plan. The poverty rate is decreasing, creating new jobs for more than 1,000 workers. The cultural and social fields continue to receive attention, security and national defense are ensured.

Promoting the achieved results, the goal of Nghia Dan district is to strive for a growth rate of 16.5-17% in the last 6 months of 2019; average added value: 56.5 - 57 million VND/person/year; strive to have 1 more commune meeting new rural standards, bringing the total number of communes meeting new rural standards to 14; the rate of communes with cultural - sports facilities meeting national standards: 66%; the rate of cultural families 85%; the rate of families using clean water: 96% - 98%...

* 9th session, People's Council of Que Phong district, term XVIIIwith the participation of Comrade Lo Thi Kim Ngan - Head of the Ethnic Committee of the Provincial People's Council. The meeting assessed that in the first 6 months of the year, the People's Committee of Que Phong district has strengthened the direction and management of agencies, departments, branches and communes and towns to implement the local socio-economic development targets with good results.

The total product in the area is estimated at 1,250 billion VND, up 9.61% over the same period in 2018 and equal to 44.57% compared to the plan for 2019. All sectors have had good growth, the economic structure has shifted in the right direction, the budget revenue in the area is estimated at 16.02 billion VND, up 11% over the same period. Agricultural and forestry production is stable, afforestation work is strengthened.

The objectives of the new rural construction program continue to be directed for implementation, with the average number of criteria achieved being 9.84 criteria/commune (the commune with the highest achievement being 17 criteria, the commune with the lowest achievement being 7 criteria). The work of taking care of people's health, education, culture, sports, and information and propaganda is being carried out promptly and in the right direction; the socio-political situation is stable, and national defense and security are maintained.

Delegates discussed and analyzed the advantages, difficulties, limitations and proposed suitable and feasible solutions to complete the plan for the last 6 months of 2019.

*Do Luong District People's Council also opened the 9th session, 19th term.Outstanding results in implementing socio-economic development tasks in the first 6 months of 2019 clearly stated: Total production value is estimated at 9.5 billion VND, up 11.26% over the same period; Industry and handicrafts have developed stably with 2,439 establishments, attracting 12,000 workers; The District People's Committee has actively coordinated with investors and enterprises to complete processes and procedures, and implement investment projects such as: Commercial center combined with traditional market in Yen Son commune and town; Clean water factory in Hoa Son commune, Lan Chi supermarket.

The district has also completed the project adjustment dossier for the conservation and restoration of the historical relic of Qua Son Temple, approved 18 investment policies and projects. The budget revenue in the first 6 months of the year reached 121.4 billion VND, focusing on directing the implementation of new rural construction and urban civilization, organizing 6 communes to receive the new rural commune standards, bringing the total number of communes in the district to 17 meeting the new rural standards.

In the first 6 months of the year, Do Luong received 274 citizens, resolved 169 complaints and denunciations; organized traffic safety corridor clearance campaigns, recorded 2,400 cases; imposed fines and paid 980 million VND to the State Treasury.

In the last 6 months of the year, the tasks identified include: Continuing to effectively direct topics, projects, and plans. In the immediate future, doing a good job of directing agricultural production, preventing African swine fever, preventing forest fires, preventing drought, and preventing drowning for children. Starting a number of projects, completing bidding procedures, and speeding up the construction progress of projects to ensure they are on schedule...

The economic growth rate reached 8.37%, an increase of 0.97% over the same period. State budget revenue is estimated at nearly 665 billion VND, an increase of 12.6% over the same period.

The district has also focused on directing the construction and accelerating the progress of key projects such as: Quynh Lam - Ngoc Son traffic road, traffic road connecting the western communes of Quynh Luu, upgrading the Thai river dike. Investment attraction in the production and business sector has been directed with attention, in the first 6 months of the year, 5 more projects were approved for investment with a total registered capital of more than 320 billion VND.

The new rural construction program continues to be promoted, focusing on directing 5 communes: Quynh Hong, An Hoa, Quynh My, Quynh Chau, Quynh Van to complete the criteria to reach the finish line by the end of this year. Quynh Doi commune in particular strives to meet the model new rural standards. The fields of culture - society, national defense - security continue to be of interest to Quynh Luu district.

In order to complete the socio-economic targets for the last 6 months of 2019, the District People's Council has clearly identified the tasks and solutions; including continuing to resolutely direct and operate administrative reform; enhancing the responsibility of organizations and individuals, especially leaders, strengthening budget collection and debt collection...

The meeting also carried out the voting process to pass the resolution to dismiss Mr. Le Xuan Kien from the position of Vice Chairman of the District People's Council for the 2016-2021 term. At the same time, elected an additional member of the District People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term for Mr. Hoang Phu - Head of the District Department of Culture and Information.
